Exeter Festival Chorus presents two great works for voice and organ: the well-loved Requiem of French composer, Maurice Duruflé, written in 1947, and the Mass in D by Anton Dvořák, composed in 1887. The Commonwealth War Graves Commission (CWGC) is pleased to announce that it will present Poppies: "Wave" by artist Paul Cummins and designer Tom Piper as part of 14-18 NOW's UK-wide tour of the iconic poppies. For the seventh year we are putting on the most popular Christmas Fair in Exeter. The road is closed and the fantastic shops and restaurants of Magdalen Road will spill out onto the street and be joined by 50 stalls from all over the West Country. There will be street-food, drink, live entertainment from bands and singers, fairground rides, presents to buy, music, hot wine and lots of other Christmassy food and much jollity.
